It’s still an issue. What kind of passport did he have when he went to Pakistan? How did he get it? Why do school records indicate he was an Indonesian citizen and his religion was islam?

0bamys mother was a US citizen when he was born. True, but IF he was born outside the US, there are residency requirements (for his mother) that must be met in order for citizenship to pass to him. Those requirements could not possibly have been met due to her age at the time of birth.
