"Yes, Minister" and "Yes, Prime Minister".

They starred Nigel Hawthorne, Paul Eddington and Derek Fowlds, and were produced between 1979 and 1984. They were Margaret Thatcher's favorite TV series, and during broadcast time everything stopped in the UK because people were watching.

The writing by Lynn and Jay is of the level of Restoration Comedy. Even today on DVD, the shows are still just as hilarious.

They just don't make them like this in America.

You could get those babies on DVD I saw that on BBC America website

Guys I don’t know if you hear of this show you ever hear of show called Spitting image it was puppet comedy show

They made President Reagan seem to Spencer Tracy to Maggie Thatcher Kate Hepburn for while my so CAL PBS Station show it is very funny

Maybe not on your PBS Man my PBS Station kick a***
