So if Davis IS his father, but he was born in Kenya, and then adopted by and Indonesion Soetoro, he’s still a US citizen?

No, once his Indonesian father adopted him, Obama's U.S. citizenship rights would have been taken away. Unless Barack Obama swore allegiance to the U.S. between the ages of 18-25 (or some odd number), he would NOT be a U.S. citizen.

Now given Obama's "love" for the U.S., do you think he swore allegiance to this country? NEVER!

Of course, this all assumes that Davis was shown as the father on the original birth certificate, which would explain why Barry is so keen to keep it from view.

If Obama was shown as the father then that’s what he is, in an official sense, no matter who it really was.
