Joe the Plumber has a tax debt owed, not a lien.
A lien is when a debt is levied against an asset . . such as physical property or when the wages are garnished. A lien is farther down the road toward non-payment and is more serious.

i dont think it is any thing that would help mccain, but i clicked because obama has no prob poking in joe the plumbers IRS records for asking a simple question of a man running for POTUS! not to mention walking through a neighborhood looking for photo ops (guess he got one). from plumber joe and the msm onslaught of him, didnt we find out obama had unpaid parking tickets? obama is a walking hope o crit!
