I think you are right. There is a difference between Powell and Clark. Clark aspired to political office. Powell declined every opportunity to run for political office. At any rate, the only place you will see the Powell endorsement talked up as important will be MSNBC/NBC. He made it on their network and they are in the tank for Obama anyway.
