Welcome to FR! You won me over with that little gem that’s for sure! There is HOPE my friends.. (lol) - just playing with Obama and McCain’s favorite pet phrases....

This article matches my gut instinct. I get that gut feeling by watching how viscously they attack people like Sarah Palin and Joe the plumber. They represent something they can NOT control. US. The Middle class American who gets up and goes to work every day, works their asses off, and then gets a significant portion of their income taken from them. They want more of it, that ambrosia of power and wealth and privilege, and they want US to fuel THEIR ambition. Not on MY watch!

Folks, you don’t go out and proactively, hideously and unjustifiably attack that which does NOT threaten your (or a political Organization’s) existence. You don’t move in for the kill and use any means available to do it with, on those that don’t threaten you. - Bee keepers unite! if Bee keepers united and organized against Obama we would see all sorts of negative advertising about how beekeepers are deliberately killing off their hives to reduce the number of Oranges in Texas so that they can come in and SAVE the Texas fruit growers! Or something equally stupid but USABLE. They don’t care who they destroy to reach their goal of POWER. Their success is threatened by AVERAGE Americans! What does this tell us??

If someone or something is not perceived as a threat, then it does not bear wasting energy on. You don’t see the Obamaminions attacking Grannies in Nursing homes, they are helpless, so they steal their votes instead. They use different tactics for those they see as allies or those they see as a group they can USE to further their ends. So we must look at their tactics and expose them for what they are.

Obama and his minions FEAR what they can not control. This implies to me that they want to CONTROL us. They don’t want to LEAD. They want to control. That’s what this article really says to me.

If they want so much to control us, they must have our willing complacency, if not our active help in the relinquishing of our Freedoms. Folks, people who espouse Socialism, are about CONTROL. Control of what we think, of what we “Get” from the government, what we are taught in our schools (no wonder so many free people are home schooling their kids). Refusing to conform to their ideas leads to the attacks that you see Sarah Palin and her family endure. What we see Joe the Plumber and his family enduring for asking a question Obama himself solicited.

We must not lose hope. Even if we should become a resistance force if this Election goes as bad as the Socialists want it to. We must NEVER GIVE UP. America isn’t just a shining city on a hill, in so many ways America is the manifest creation OF hope, and freedom, and personal liberty and responsibility. It is not for nothing the rest of the world envies what we have had created for us. Our Founding Fathers Created this nation when a king across an ocean took too much of their labors. Over Taxation. Today we face the same thing, but on a far far larger and perhaps more dangerous scale. We face a social war for our freedoms and the right to the fruits of our own labors.

Never give up, no matter what they try to tell us. NEVER NEVER NEVER GIVE UP!

There was another article posted on FR this past week about a PA pollster working for the GOP that indicated that the polls in PA are way off and that indeed McCain was up by 2% at the time and could very well carry Pennsylvania.

Back last week on CNN a political analyst, Ed Rollins I think, was discussing a conversation he had with a high up individual that he wouldn't name in the Obama campaign. The campaign official explained three areas that scare them going into the final weeks.

1. The so called "Bradley Effect". This individual told Rollins that the Obama campaign is takeing it VERY seriously and has spent a lot of money and time trying to quantify just how much the Bradley Effect will cost them on election day. The reason they are so concerned is that they saw definate evidence of it in the primary where in states like California where polls showed Obama with a 5% lead and he ended up losing to Clinton. The best estimate they could come up with was 1% to 8% in the general, but the estimate varied depending on region or even individual states.

2. The Obama campaign is very concerned that the 13% undecideds will break strongly toward McCain as he is perceived as the "Safe" choice. They also think that a good portion of the undecideds are actually McCain voters who claim to be undecided in a quasi-bradley effect.

3. Last, the campaign is concerned that McCain ALWAYS seems to finish strong and exceed expectations and the polls in every campaign he has been in.

Rollins asked the campaign official where the campaign would like to be in the polls on election day to feel confident of victory. The official said that internally they are treating a 1%-5% Obama lead as a very probable McCain victory, a 6%-10% lead as a tossup. Over 10% a probably Obama victory, but the campaign official said he wouldn't breath easy unless Obama was up 15% on election day.

There is a fever in the land. The country is preoccupied with race. That makes it ripe for the picking by race baiters and hustlers like Wright and Jackson and Farrakan and Obama.

Yes, I have met white people, wracked with guilt, who feel (think?) we HAVE to elect a black man because white people have made such a mess of this country. My response to tell them to get their head out of their a$$ and look around (of course, I use much nicer language, but the message is still the same). If having dark skin made one a wise and enlightened ruler, Africa & Haiti would be a paradise. It reallys stuns me to see how many people think America has failed as a civilization when the we lead the rest of the world in everything but socialism. We may have hit a minor speed bump, but much of Africa is trapped in a burning ditch.

Part of the problem is that many Americans expect absolute perfection. Anything short of that, and we have “failed” or become “evil”. Its a sickness really.
