That is a transcript (recently printed copy) of Obama’s birth registration. There may be no hospital copy. That could happen if there was a home birth.
Hospital staff can judge umbilical cords - they’re part of the body the first two days, but being tied off, they decay into a gnarly black-green stump by the eight or tenth day.
Who knows why Obama doesn’t have any proof of Hawaiian birth, but he does have his Kenyan grandmother claiming her country as his birthplace. Maybe she tied off his umbilical (Muslim tradition).
too late for that one, he's already named the hospital where he claims he was born, only that facility didn't exist in 1961. So his half sister named another hospital.
