If you don’t purge the rolls then this is what happens. With todays computer technology I don’t see why a cross reference can’t be established that checks changes in drivers license addresses or something similar to the current registration list in each county. Also it should be easy to compare death certificates against voter rolls also.
Don’t even think about worrying about BAMA. They have yet to remove the dead from the rolls.
