so vote fraud is legal now According to the ACORN rep I saw interviewed earlier this week, it isn't voter fraud. She said that until a vote by one of these people is cast there is nothing illegal.

YEP....they register thousands of dubious people so they can pull them out at the last minute to bring their candidate over the top....happened in Washington State during last Governor race....which the Republican had won, in TWO counts....but on the 3rd...well lookee here....we found some more ballots!

It's my understanding that Ohio can register & VOTE at the same time!!
So I guess that means the court decided that fraud is legal.
