If McCain loses, then as a Conservative from overseas I will blame you lot.
No excuse for McCain to lose: he may not exactly fit what everyone thinks would be a “perfect” GOP candidate, but he has a great story to tell (decorated War hero, cross-the-aisle appeal, experience) and a fantastic, bloody-brilliant running mate in Sarah Palin.
And he was fighting a muslim who hangs around with terrorists and with people who hate America, and he hasn’t done an honest day’s work in his entire life, and he cheats to steal votes, and his friends are all dodgy and probably criminals...
If McCain can’t win against all that, then it is YOUR FAULT AND NOBODY ELSE’S.
It will be a shameful day for Conservatives in America. It would be good and right and just for Conservatives from around the world to laugh at you.
And we will: we will laugh you to scorn and derision. So please don’t let that happen! That isn’t what we want to do!

You are too right Die Hard. The Conservatives were not united and wasted their energy on no win people like Ron Paul and Hunter. But, I fear Obama will splinter the democrats. Not everyone loves the O man. He will have a love fest for the first 100 days then things will start to fall apart. Expect a New Deal approach to handle the recession and lots of “Make Work” jobs. Taxes will go up, at first hidden, then overt. After a year of blaming Bush the people will see Obama for what he is and he will be mocked and ripped down. He will unite people who hate him. Then will come the war. Being thought of as weak, other nations will test us. To counter this he will wage war like Clinton. Send in the rockets. If Israel hits Iran (and they will) Iran will hit the USA, starting a larger war. All his fancy plans will go south. He will become a joke. Then he will turn on the MSM. He will try to shut off all voices against him—say goodbye to talk radio, say goodbye to Fox Network. The elections will see conservatives in power by 2012. Lets hope Obama doesn’t screw up the nation too bad.
