OBAMALamaDingDong keeps saying that he will cut LINE ITEMS from the budgets.
There is NO line item veto at this time.
He also said that as President he will assure the 700Billion bail out is done correctly,...IS HE SAYING that there will not be any spending on the bail out UNTIL he is President??
