I was thrilled with how McCain spoke to Joe the plumber and explained how small businesses are threatened by Obama’s “promises” to the voters for free stuff.

I don’t think Barnes and Krauthammer, as pundits, can begin to relate to Joe the plumber. I don’t think that type of entrepreneurial spirit registers with them. They’re just talking heads, as is Kristol.

That’s where I was coming from with “snob”. As far as I’m concerned McCain hit it out of the park. I get the impression nothing McCain does would be enough for Barnes, and Krauthammer as well. They’ll just move the goalposts.

I really hope that the Joe the Plumbers of America get off their *sses and vote for McCain to show this East coast elite what the decent people of this country want for a government. I'm so sick of elitist intellectuals.
