Doctor’s are licensed by the state. So if you make a law stating that forbids Doctors from performing abortions then you are just regulating the medical profession, you are not infringing on a woman’s rights.
Democrats believe in regulating but they want to deregulate the medical profession, they want to have unregulated abortions.
