I think that the media and New Left (post 1968) establishment can see that Barack won't be good for them.
And if they play their hand on socialism, there WILL be another McCarthy.
So again the words socialism and marxism are kept out of the press to make a play another day at these policies.
They will blame Obama's loss on racism and election fraud and negative campaigning that Mr. Obama just couldn't effectively counter (it's McCain's false negative campaign, stupid).
Those will be the talking points. Heck, I can suppose. I heard a lib on radio just before the debate say that the talking point will be that McCain lost because of the nomination of Sarah Palin.
Even those who WANT abortion can admit that Roe v. Wade was a poorly argued decision.
And I don’t see it as a state’s right. It would be like taking a minor across states lines for immoral purposes. What is infanticide in a state that opposes abortion?
There needs to be a Constitutional amendment on the issue.
But that is NOT a SC issue.
