I listened to his show on TV last night to see if I had heard incorrectly on the radio show that afternoon. He had a senator that said that as of the signing of the bill, all future mortgages $100,000 or more would automatically have a line item in the closing papers at the bank that would send 4% ($420) automatically to ACORN. The only thing I wasn’t sure of is if it is 4% per 100,000 or just a flat one time fee of 4% on the mortgage. Either way it stinks!
