Someone filed a false report and that is prosecutable. I wonder if a local DA could start an investigation or would that be precluded on jurisdictional grounds. Would her US Attorney have the stones to take it on?

How would it start? The agents refused to identify themselves.

The Secret Service has another very effective but otherwise invisible punishment ~ they will add the complainant to their list of folks to watch.
