Nobama could very easily clear up the whole matter but he won’t. Maybe he knew there is no law that says someone running for president has to prove they are eligible.
And he is correct. He may run for president and be elected president. But he is constitutionally ineligible to serve as president.

Here is what is most important to me. If this Kenya deal works out he will be forever disqualified from running for President. We will not have to put up with him in 2012, 2016, or 2020. He will be nothing.
