I’m shocked that she only hear a “few boos”. I was expecting much more since Philly sport fans are notorious for being a**holes.
I know this. I live in Pittsburgh and have been to Philly on numerous occasions.
(note to Philly FReepers: Love the city but hate a lot of the sports fans there)

I'm usually pretty even handed when it comes to Pennsylvania's two main towns. One day on a trip in winter I almost got robbed by street thugs in an entrance to the underground train system. On the same day I went to Pittsburgh. As I stepped into my hotel room I detected a guy running down the hall toward me, so I slipped in fast and locked the door ~ just in time as he smacked into it.
Called the cops and reported it as an attempted assault. Found out it was a standard ploy for robbing hotel guests ~
So, both towns, one day, two robbery attempts. Both in the daytime. From then on I visited at night.

(note to Philly FReepers: Love the city but hate a lot of the sports fans there) Philly "sports fans". Whoa, my bad .... Here I'd been thinking that Philadelphia just had a very progressive furlough program.

I HATE Philadelphia. It is a toilet in need of a flush. I live in Bucks County PA a Philly suburb.

How many cities needed jail cells and a judge at the stadium just to speed up the process?
