Not so fast. Watch the video at American Thinker from Berg about the lawsuit. He says Obama's daddy had to acknowledge or adopt him in order for Obama to go to school in Kenya! School records state Obama's religiion was Muslim. His aunt says she was in the delivery room in Kenya when Obama was born and his (Obama) mama was not allowed to travel from Kenya to Hawaii due to hre being in her last trimester.

Kenya did not recognize dual citizenship so Obama was never a n.b. citizen due to the fact he was born in Kenya!

Actually it doesn't matter what Kenya does, it's US law that determines citizenship. The US doesn't "recognize" dual citizenship either, but it more or less ignores the citizenship in another country if a person meets the qualifications for US Citizenship.
