That photo has always bothered me. One woman, emoting directly into the camera, in a very dramatic pose, with everyone else just out on a stroll? “Hey, honey, let’s go for a walk. Look, a dead guy, oh the ennui.” The contrast in body language is strange.
Me too. I believe her name is Allison Krause and I remember reading somewhere long ago that she was only fourteen years old at the time. She sure didn’t look fourteen to me.
Strangely enough, that woman was later identified as a runaway from home who wasnt even a student at Kent State.
