Remember when gas was going up how every local TV talking head was filmed standing in front of a gas station? Do you see any coverage on your local news now? Hummmmm.

Maybe congress should bail out ‘Big Oil’. They sure are quick to want to take their profits that they mistakenly relate to higher oil wholesale prices.

Manipulation and collusion is what politicians do to prevent us from drilling here in the US and/or developing alternative fuels (nuke, coal, bio or other).

The best news is that this means less money for terrorist supporters like Iran, Russia and Venezuela.

Gas about $2.82 in my area (Bellevue, NE)

Russia, Iran and Venezuela must be getting concerned. Any lower and they won’t get that new yacht and swimming pool.

Before you start building all those electric cars you had better add Nukes to your list of things we need in this country. Electric cars are great but our grids cannot take millions of electric cars charging up every night.

I'm aware of that and I'm not so sure oil and energy companies aren't complicit with them to keep prices up.

Name another company/industry that openly advertises for you to use less of their product/service...There's only one reason. Charge more while producing less.

Where are all the “geniuses” who were blaming the speculators for rising oil prices.

I said wait for the long term trend. They called me a speculator! lol

Now maybe these geniuses who wanted to stop speculation should thank speculator because it is speculators who are now speculating the price down from $140 to $85 per barrel! woooo hooo , Thank God for speculators!
