NO. Fitz is not a Dem and not a Pubbie, BUT he IS Inspector Javarre, out to make the biggest name for himself possible. He decimated the Democrat judges cabal in Chicago a decade ago (and knows from the inside out Chicago corruption).

He was named US Attorney by former US Senator Peter Fitzgerald a passionate anti-corruption guy who did not run for re-election (that's how we got Obama) because the crooks in the GOP in Illinois did NOT want to be held accountable along with the Dems, and refused to support his re-election.
