I don't know if there is anything that can be done.
Even Sarah Palin can't carry McCain across the finish line as a winner if he won't help.
She is the one that has earned our support and respect.
Sarah and her family have literally gone through hell for this campaign.
I cannot think of anyone who has had to put up with the disgusting treatment she has received.
The scorn and critisim directed at George Bush and others doesn't compare with the filth and low treatment heaped on Sarah and her family.
She has put her heart and soul into winning this election and deserves a better effort from McCain.
If he wasn't going to play hard for a win he shouldn't have put her in this position.
No matter what happens in this campaign the republican party leadership and rank and file owe her the utmost respect and maximum support from here on out.
If the republican party is to have a future it will be with Sarah and other fresh faces like her.
The old RINO/Compassionate Conservative crowd have had their day and almost destroyed the party. After this election they need to get out of the way while there is still something to save.
Sarah is part of the future - the RINO's are the past.
