Krauthammer said McCain won the beginning of the debate on the economy (huh?) and lost on foreign policy. He said McCain was well prepared during the first half but left an opening on when a President uses judgement to go to war which Obama took advantage of, effectively. Bottom line -- no knock out and so polls won't change.

I don't get that either... even Brit was surprised that Charles thought McCain won the beginning of the debate on the economy and lost on foreign policy. I liked most of McCain's comments re: foreign policy, particularly his closing statement.

I fear the polls won't change either... I guess McCain/Palin keep pounding Obama with Ayers, etc. or hope some big Obama scandal breaks... ? I dunno...

Karl Rove and Dick Morris on Hannity & Colmes now...

I thinkthe Kraut is starved for attention. If he agrees with McCain he’s on board. But... if he says some controversial thing, people will tune in to listen to him. I had respected his opinion at first but lately, he’s gaming the system. I’ve lost respect for the guy. From intellectual to showman!
