Probably not the best format for that, per se, and maybe wiser to keep that talk confined to the campaign trail for this round, Now, if in the next debate, they do something similiar to the MSNBC Democratic primary debate between Clinton/Obama where they show a clip of such rheutoric and ask the speaker to qualify it...BIN-GO!
Sean Hannity just asked the same question to Fred Thompson ( Ohh God do I wish Fred was the GOP nominee now ) anyway, enough of that rant..... Fred said that the setting did not allow John McCain to really go off on Obama about Ayers or the Fanny Mae fiasco because the setting was intimate with real civilians , not like a regular debate were the candidates up on a stage far away from the people.
