I hope you are joking about burning down the cities. There are still some burned out areas in cities such as Detroit and Newark that experienced race riots in the ‘60s. 40 years later and some of those areas are still bombed out. If we see widespread rioting, some of those areas will be gone for a generation before being rebuilt.

I actually don’t think that there will be riots when Obama loses - the electoral college has conditioned people to realize that it’s a game about states and there are more red than blues. In reality, my concern about riots is if he wins and then has an unfortunate incident occur.

Detriot and Newark are not abandoned simply because of riots.

It’s black blight and white flite.

My hometown of Jackson Miss had very little rioting....lots of marches though ....yet probably 25 percent of the city proper is now like Detroit or Camden, another 50 percent is like Cleveland and the last 25% are holdouts

The white belt around the city though is very nice and affordable and more conservative than Utah.
