If he wins and later admits he isn’t American born citizen than he needs to resign

What he would need to do and what would actually happen may be two very different things. I doubt the democrats would allow him to simply resign without a fight. If they win that fight a precedent would be set and we would be overrun with foreigners running for president in the USA and liberals rushing out to embrace them.
