Rasmussen Reports’ daily tracking poll finds Kerry with his biggest lead over President Bush since Kerry became the Democratic frontrunner: Bush 42%; Kerry 48%

Rasmussen: The poll you can trust. *lol*

There’s only one poll that matters.

It is delusional to believe that Sarah Palin has a national political future if she loses this election.

Yeah, I wonder if people were saying the same thing about Ronnie after he lost to Ford in '76.

This is the highest level of support ever recorded for Obama and is his largest lead of the year. It also continues a remarkable twenty-five days in a row where the Democrat’s support has never declined by even a single point.

These two statements alongside each other would appear to be impossible.

4. And, of course, the wild-card element — the Bradley Effect.

Surprise that Obama increased his lead RIGHT after this poll adjusts their democratic turnout AGAIN to favor them.

If the MSM is in the tank for Obama now, do you really think any Republican would have a chance against him in 2012? We’d better stop taking the bait and insist on winning, whatever we have to do. Sarah got a good start yesterday, bringing up Ayers.

Huh..knock it off, there is still a month to go, and with 27% undecided, and a weighing of 6%

Wish you were correct but you're misreading the 27.4% number as undecided. Those are unaffiliated voters who don't declare a party affiliation.

HEHEHE! If your model doesn't give you the result you want, change your model.

Serious question for those privy. When a national poll is taken, are the number of calls to each state weighted by size, or are they totaled as a whole? If they are weighted, blue getting bluer may not necessarily reflect the true picture.

Exactly. Twice as many tuned in to the v.p. debate than the first pres debate and it wasn’t to see Joe Biden. Even the MSM admits she has once again reenergized the base, and no doubt continues to attract independents and PUMA dems.

Will we never learn? Many of us allowed the MSM to set the expectations going into the VP debates. And then we were surprised to ‘discover’ Palin to be articulate and every bit the debater as Biden. And now, a few polls later, and it’s happening again. Only this time, the expectations are being set for the outcome of a very, very, important election. Let’s not be Charlie Brown to the media’s Lucy who, we should know by now, only wants to yank the ball away and see us fall on our backs. Stop listening to the lies.

If Obama is winning by eight points then that means he’s doing better than every Democrat who ran for the presidency since FDR, with the exception of LBJ in 1964. Does that seem logical to anyone here?

Granted, our nation’s been dumbed down and flooded with multicultists, but could things have declined that much that fast?

We’re all bummed by these polls, but let’s not get hysterical. 3 points, 5 points or 8 points, McCain is behind. We can blame the pollsters all we want, but McCain tanked with the stock market. There is no denying that.

yep...every poll has it wrong..I think the Gore comment lost him all the good Sarah can do. She does great work and in a comment or two he undermines his progress.
