I saw it in MA (the 11:20 am showing, now there’s a matinee
for you—doesn’t that come from the French word for
“morning”?).

It...was...hilarious...see my thread elsewhere. Posted positive review of it on IMDB.com ...a lib posted one
that was the opposite (I gave it 9/10, they gave it 1/10)

SEE IT

Thanks for the link. I am hoping some FReepers will respond here and we can get a gang together to see it.

I live in Sonoma Co., CA. There are probably 10 theaters here with maybe 100 screens. The movie is showing in only one cinema on one screen. The movie is being advertised heavily. Obviously if the movie is popular with conservatives it will be a hit. Something is very strange as to why it has not had a wider release in this area.

I just saw on IMDB that fellow Freeper Evan Sayet is in the movie. Can’t wait to see it.

First of all it’s very funny. Everyone was laughing at this when I went to see it. And I talked to Kevin Farley today. He called WFLA in Orlando at 4pm and I called and talked to him. He sounds just like Chris.

Trailer was hilarious. I'm definitely going to have to see it.

The filmmaker portrayed in the movie reminds me of somebody. Mike... Michael somethingoranother. :-)

Thanks for the heads up.

Just got back from watching it. It was very funny, but totally unrealistic as Michael Moore’s character finally got it in the end and tried to make amends for his wrongs. That would never happen in real life.

The health department has me quarantined with an active case of TB - IT’S A PLOT, I TELL YA! The hazards of having been a healthcare worker... sucks. Anyhow, I wouldn’t want to infect any fellow conservatives. While it might be tempting to infect a liberal audience... ain’t gonna do it with this one.

Hubby hasn’t decided if he’s going tomorrow and dragging our 19-yo son along or if he’ll wait it out till next weekend when I can hopefully go with him. He may even go twice. I’ll be sitting at home throwing a pity party unless I can find a torrent. I’ll still go see the real deal, but circumstances are currently beyond my control. ARGH!!! (cough)

In my area the showtimes are minimized. One theater has six shows; another five. Are they limiting the showtimes for a reason? (rhetorical question)

I’ll see it tonight.

Just saw it a couple of hours ago...the theater was packed.

It was great to in a patriotic crowd. There was very little mercy shown to Liberals...very funny. There were some pretty moving part as well.

The entire audience clapped for several minutes at the end.

It just felt good to actually see a movie that was tailored to real Americans.

I advise any Freeper to see it.

the tagline for this movie should be “this election cycle, the October surprise gets a surprise!”

Is this movie being FReeped. Get it to #1!

I have to admit I have a new found respect for Paris Hilton. I did not believe she made a cameo appearance in the moview, and thought it was a look alike. But damn - it was her!! Bet she takes some heat for it too.... Great Movie - really loved how they Michael Malone to be such a gross, dirty and disgusting pig!!!

Just got back. Thoroughly entertaining patriotic movie. One of the highlights was the shooting of ACLU zombie attorneys in the courtroom.

I saw it last night with hubby, who wasn’t thrilled about going because “he’s up to there with politics”. He laughed his head off.

The first couple of sight gags (in Afghanistan) were just priceless!
