"Who made these laws? Shouldn’t you have to show up to a government office to register to vote? Having folks registered by just anyone is unreal."

Only in America. Apparently it's an attack on ones freedom to require citizens to show proof of citizenship via some form of photo identification, plus have social security cards with magnetic strips with information proving citizenship- swiped at the time of casting a ballot recording that person as having voted.

Any attempt to vote somewhere else would result in an alarm going off and arrest.

I don’t know, we take more care making an appointment with a hairdresser than in preserving our right to vote. I was so proud to go down to the election office to register when I turned 18. I think I had to produce a birth certificate. Being registered by some homeless man in a grocery store parking lot makes it lose all importance. (This is for the folks that actually might be real voters. The entire fraud thing is a totally different and huge issue).
