Same here. We live in Greenville, SC and the ABC affiliate coming out of Asheville, NC is all Obama all the time. Since 7 p.m., I’ve seen two separate commercials from Obama ran two times each. It’s only 7:35....appealing to voters in western NC....but no McCain ads. Figure his polling is showing him in the lead in western NC but I would not take taht for granted. Two years ago, they elected a Dem congressman, Heath Schuler....this worries me about the McCain campaign.

Comparing Heath Schuler to Barrack Obama is like apples to oranges. They may both be liberals, but the perception of Schuler (like other southern democrats) is that they have to run center-right to win.

No way Obama wins NC. Even Clinton couldn’t carry it. John Edwards could not help Kerry get it. Unless of course, the number of registered voters residing in cemeteries has increased.
