Job of VP-— Sarah hints at an agressive role presiding over the Senate.!!!! Go, Go, Go!!! What BS from Biden about the VP's only role in the Senate is to break ties. The VP is, according to the Constitution, the presiding officer (i.e. president) of the Senate. The Senate can pick the President pro tempore as a substitute when the VP isn't there to preside.

Biden needs to re-read the Constitution. It's Article II that deals with the Executive Branch - not Article I as he just claimed.
