I had to bail from here yesterday afternoon; otherwise I knew that I wouldn’t sleep at all last night. Talk about piling it on McCain and it even spilled over to Sarah. When we’re ahead in the polls again, I hope the tone changes. In the meantime, I also hope that donations are being made to freerepublic.
So that’s what happened! I wondered where all the level-headed, clear-thinking Freepers ran off to. I kept changing threads looking for the sane ones, but everywhere I went, the hand-wringers were there in full force, monopolizing the thread!
There were a few of us making efforts to calm things, but we were greatly outnumbered and I started wondering if FR had become overrun with DU’ers.
I noticed the attacks on Sarah, too, and it was appalling. Only explanation, that had to be coming from DU trolls.
It's gotten pretty pitiful...you're right.
I just have to stay away sometimes myself.
Sooooooooooooooo many are sounding like du-er's and have given up hope.
I don't even go to that site.
But........I'm a thinking they must've come over here. But surely not...;-)
Polls have NEVER been right. So, they aren't this time either.
Why the bad attitudes have taken over at FR, I haven't the foggiest. McCain is the same as he's always been.
And he's our only hope of not going under as a FREE nation, outside of God's hand.
So we'll see.
