After that the motion to drop him as a “candidate” is moot. Not true. If he is decertified to be President then Biden automatically will take over. This also can affect how the Electoral College votes. Some state legislatures may overturn the election results for President based on elegibility requirements. Can't vote for Obama, vote for whoever took second place (McCain)
