Not necessarily, but if we can’t tell the difference between a tax cut and an earmark, we’re going to be in a lot of trouble.

This particular tax can be cut LATER. In a bill entitled “Elimination of idiotic taxes we never should have imposed in the first place and wouldn’t have if we’d bothered to read the bills before voting for them”.

LOL, I know the deference. I just called it an ear mark because its extra BS that doesn't belong in the bill. I should have called it a rider.

Sure it's a tax cut, and I'm all for that, but I do not support bills with more riders than the NY subway. If you want a bill for x, y, and z, they you should make a bill for them.

How many laws have been passed that the legislators them selves are unaware of? Far too many, I'm sure.

A tax cut for a special interest is the same as an earmark.
