Newt is a grandstanding self promoter. He led the RNC to the brink of disaster with the Clinton impeachment, knowing all the time he had clay feet. When we most needed him, he resigned.

I would not trust this man to do anything right. He’s a self-promoting beltway kinda guy. He’s in love with his own cleverness. He has no loyalty to other Republicans, and proven by his statements today about Bush, which went all the way back to Katrina.

Apparently he agrees with Spike Lee and Kanye West that somehow a Cat 5 hurricane hitting a below sea level state was Bush’s fault.

Like so many politicians and ex politicians (Peggy Noonan, anyone?) I wish he would just go play golf. Gerald Ford should be there example.

UGH. Not no, HELL NO !! I would never ever ever vote for this man.

"He led the RNC to the brink of disaster with the Clinton impeachment,..."

Clinton was impeached, as I recall (although not removed from office by the Senate), the republican candidate won the White House in 2000, with a majority in congress. To what brink of disaster are you referring?
