If the bloom is falling off the Sarah Palin rose, it wasn't evident at Capital University today.
Despite polls showing that the Alaska governor's national popularity has faded, she was the main attraction for many of the estimated 9,000 crowded into the Capital Center for a rally headlined by Sen. John McCain, the GOP presidential nominee.
Palin, who will debate Sen. Joe Biden, the Democratic vice presidential nominee, on Thursday night, projected confidence, saying she was looking forward to the debate.
"I look forward to meeting him, too," Palin said. "I've never met him before. I've been hearing about him since, maybe since I was like in second grade."

For the first time on Thursday the nation will get to see Palin unscripted and unedited, which will cure the disjointed appearances she has been subjected to since the convention.
They were disjointed because of highly biased and creative editing.

So the MSM says Sarah Palin’s popularity has declined, huh? What a crock! Remember, these are the same people who said Al Gore won Florida. Sarah has launched a new conservative movement in this country. The MSM had better get used to her. She’s going to be around for a long, long time.
