On Rush now. Rush said he is going to play in full, the youtube video where the Democrats are trying to squelch the oversight investigation into Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
“Can you save video from Youtube before it mysteriously dissappears?”
It’s in your temporary internet cache or use “Replay Media Catcher” or a similar program.
That is frankly a good idea with virtually anything that could be removed.
Get a stream recorder or even better....keepvid.com will download any youtube video.
All you need to do is put the link to the video and it will be saved to your computer.
All you do then is get a free FLV player and view the video.
Easy, and if Youtube tries to censor it, you can just put it up again over and over again.
Listening to these outtakes, especially from people like Maxine Waters, demonstrates that at least in part, that Fannie May and Freddie Mac were deregulated by the DemocRats as a way of fulfilling a long standing agenda item of the Congressional Black Caucus: reparations.
Anyone who is familiar with the players in these 2004 Congressional hearings can’t escape the fact that a major redistribution of wealth to these Congressional constituencies via Fannie and Freddie was part of the intent all along.
And McCain is out talking about earmarks today...
Rush couldn’t be more right!
This financial crisis is a silver platter handed on to the Republicans to nail the corruption in the Dems. But instead, our nominee is talking about earmarks!!!!
John McCain... please... wake up!!!!! If Obama wins this election, I will blame you for handing our country to the left wing crooks!!!!!!!!!!!!!
THIS taxpayer is sick of being bled dry by corrupt socialists in the name of “multiculturalism!!!!!”
Rush better start hammering the McCain campaign staff about this
Although I doubt McCain will even talk to Rush
If fact he probably wants to distance himself from Rush
I couldn’t sleep last night, thinking about this mess. It is not just what they are doing with the financial markets, it is the thuggish suppression of speech and the use of unions to further their agenda.
Michelle Malkin says that the threats to news outlets came through and AFL-CIO guy. Then there is/was the union pension loss guarantee that in the bail-out bill. I haven’t heard a single word about removing this ear mark.
Then, this morning on the radio I heard that the Democrats are warning anyone who was involved in the firing of federal prosecutors to lawyer up. Now, these prosecutors were fired for refusing to prosecute Democrat voter fraud. So, who was playing partisan politics. Another instance of Democrat moral relativity?
Rush doesn’t want to discuss the details, he against on principle.
Someone ought to tell Rush that the Heritage Foundation is supporting the ‘bailout’.
I presume they have actually read the details and realize the urgency.
For those of us without a couple of hundred millions in the bank, I’d say yes, there is urgency.
Flame away.
Yeah the MSM still leads the brain washed masses around by the nose
Democrats have always had 43% knee jerk fools that ALWAYS vote democrat. Carter got that much in 1980 with his disastrous record and I fear that % has vastly increased since then —Our colleges have had 28 years to turn out more fools
Quite.
Unless this scandalous info gets out into the general population there is little hope of it having any effect on the election.
Fannie, Freddie, AIG and assorted other crooked entities have been notified they are under federal investigation.
What does assigning blame have to do with fixing the mess.
Are we to cut off our noses to spite our face.
I hear Rush giggling at the drop in the market.
“If Obama Inc is elected, Rush will have to move his station offshore. All I want to know is WHERE because I’m ready to join him.”
Republic of Panama.
Look for Burning Down the House using the search function here at Free Republic. Lots of links.
Uruguay mayhaps?
“Uruguay mayhaps?”
No. The Republic of Panama has great laws about these things. And it is cheap to open an offshore account. Also, the banking laws are very strict. Nobody wants to be a guest at a Panamanian jail.
