See page 33: Bill still includes provision for bailing out FOREIGN INVESTMENT BANKS with US Taxpayer Dollars! Deutche Bank, Credit Suisse, UBS, HSBC, Bank of China, etc... I admit we haven't read the bill yet, but my husband thinks that might refer to U.S. subsidiaries of those foreign banks which are regulated by U.S. regulators.
