You’re missing the point. The DemocRATS HAVE THE VOTES to pass this without the Republicans being on board. If things are as bad as they are saying, why haven’t they passed this yet? They know this is a scam and want Republican cover. If things do go south, they want to be able to point their crooked little fingers at the Republicans and blame it all on them.
