I think McCain not looking over at Obama was three-fold. One not to lose focus, two not to give credence to the bumbling idiot and three to disregard him like an irritating mosquito.

Thats a good point. Maybe he couldn’t turn his head...
His hesitancy to engage him eye to eye was still apparent though, and it still bothers me...
I guess I was just expecting McCain to be more aggressive instead of so passive.
