[McCain must take his and the House GOP’s alternative plan directly to the people tonight.]
That’ll be kind of hard to do in 30 seconds.
McCain needs to suggest tonight that the debate focus on economic growth and the financial crisis.
McCain will just have to take charge and say this is too important not to discuss right now.
The important thing is he must come out against risking $700 billion in taxpayer dollars, come out against Bush’s plan, and put 0bama and the Democrats squarely on the side of Bush and Paulson.
He needs to turn the tables on 0bama, and turn 0bama into Bush.
