Just saw the video where chairman of debates says that if McCain doesn’t attend, there will be no debate b/c if Obama is there alone it would be an illegal campain contribution. He said they should know something by noon. Can’t wait until last minute b/c secret service has to have time to do security sweep, etc.
IS THIS TRUE ?? If so Mccain should announce immediately that he won't attend so the speculation ends. He should request a reschedule for next Wednesday as he originally wanted.

I agree.. watching Obama babble for 90 mins about himself. Well not only clear the house.. But turn off the few TV viewers that are watching. All said and done.. Lowest TV viewed debate ever. That well be McCains victory..

Poor Obama, when McCain is finished with him he won’t know whether to defecate or shine shoes. The media will chase their tails as usual. McCain can easily bypass the media by putting his message on the Internet. The talk shows will pick it up, if it is of interest, and the voters will decide which information is more credible. If the voters are as dumb as the media, and some on FR, then it won’t matter anyway.

Sure he can, but when the moderator yanks him back on track and is forced to do it several times, should JM persist, it would not look good at all. It wouldn’t do for McCain to get into an argument with the moderatotr on national TV.
