Above is Legal Lunacy

Other than the fact that some unnamed so-called “experts,” none of whom whom have ever seen let alone examined the original Birth Certificate document say it's phony, there is not one shred of evidence that it is.

The Honolulu Advertiser printed a birth announcement when it happened. Neighbors remember the mother bring the baby home.

The fact that his father was Kenyan is entirely moot. His father could have been from Rigel 4 with Klingon grandparents and their laws would have no effect here. The fact that the US does not recognize dual citizenship does not cancel his US statue.

The Indonesian issue is the same. Unless an adult Obama personally renounced his citizenship before certain US officials, the Indonesian action is meaningless.

This is all Legal Lunacy... and Malignant Mental Masturbation.

It is designed to keep us away from the real issues; his moral, ethical, criminal and political associations and history.

Then quit masturbating over each of these threads. No one, and I mean no one cares that you don’t care.

This issue is not distracting me from other Obama issues.

The Fed bailout was filled with billions of dollars to ACORN.

I can multi-task.

Also, his Kenyan relatives related the story that he was born in Kenya.

I would like to know the story if it ever comes out.

That is why I bump these threads as well the other Obama socialist, criminal, drug using, vote stealing, gay sex having, kill whitey, Ayers, Dorn, Annenberg, and Wright threads.

...Neighbors remember the mother bring the baby home...

Are you referring to this? Scroll down to 'Barack' on RHS for video

SEE VIDEO. Stanley Ann visited Ms. Blake, Seattle with baby.

Calling her a neighbour is a bit of a stretch IMO.

Neighbors remember the mother bring the baby home.

Source please?

The only reference to itty-bitty baby Barak I've been able to find is 2500 miles away from Honolulu, and early enough that the witness felt compelled to show Stanley Ann how to change a diaper.

It's odd that the very same people who say he couldn't have gotten there from Kenya because 'babies weren't allowed to fly', don't bat an eye when the say he flew from Honolulu to Mercer Island...

Lunacy indeed. I certainly understand the sentiment, but if BHO was in fact born in the USA then it will be nigh unto impossible to get him disqualified under some technicality. If some technicality does apply as a potential disqualifier, then it will be THAT law that will be under scrutiny for viability, NOT BHO’s compliance therewith. The Constitution uses simple and broad termiology to specify the restriction, and the legitimacy of the subordinate disqualifying law will be met with high-paid motivated lawyers arguing that the law in question is unconstitutional (and I would be inclined to agree on principle, even if that means not booting BHO).

Was BHO born in the USA? or not? That is the ONLY question which practically matters.

Whether a child, who is a US citizen, who is imputed with dual citizenship by actions of others, who does not actively rebuke that dual citizenship, who is saddled with “I didn’t ask for it, I didn’t recognize it, I didn’t renounce it because it wasn’t my choice”, must later suffer from such an issue will not be addressed in the courts. Law only goes so far as cooperation of those involved, and strings will be pulled to persuade non-cooperation regarding a technicality.

Don’t take this as me supporting BHO. It’s a matter of principle, which our opponents have a right to just as much as we do (remember, JMC’s citizenship is iffy too).
