Thanks.
*HUG*
In case you missed these two LEAKS PEEVE NBC (about Gregory replacing Russert) and Matthews advised to quit MSNBC (if he runs for senate).
PER CNBC
Congress is looking at AMTRACK AS A MODEL TO AID THE AUTO INDUSTRY!!!
not a joke.
Consider how goverment “help” killed the passenger rail industry.
Congress would “help” end private passenger vehicles and leaves to government run rail based cattle cars.
CNBC doing anti-bankruptcy push polling.
The bald headed buffoon on CNBC is just plain useless for provideing inteligent comentary.
He has no knowledge of the law.
I question seriously his business skills since he is pushing all the democrat bs socialist talking points.
all the deadweight cost of the auto industry is pusht the anti-bankruptcy boogyman.
They expect the public to be confused by bankruptcy liquidation with bankruptcy REORGANIZATION.
Good morning, McGruff.
Just hauling myself out of bed for a short while before I go back and try to sleep off this cold.
Good Monday morning, all.
What surprises will the new week bring? More Clintonistas in the government? Will Barry adopt an FDR type cigarette holder for his habit?
We shall see.
Fox & FRiends saying the MN senate election may not be resolved until afer Christmas.
That evil troll Franken is not going to give up easily.
Actually, the Senate deserves him. It’s just that we don’t.
..and that was because Michael Medved wanted to interview him along with John O'Neill.
Of course it didn't help that Michael Medveds seat on radio row was right next to the FRee Republic displays. :)
The man has no self control.
And that famed “theologian” rears his ugly head again, that friend and mentor of the zero:
“Wright, Trinity’s former pastor, gained prominence when President-elect Barack Obama in his memoirs cited the pastor’s inspirational sermons.
Wright said no amount of media coverage could dampen Trinity spirit.
“Jesus said upon this rock I will build—listen to the promise—my church,” he said. “And the gates of Hell—listen to the promise—the gates of Hell—neither ABC nor CNN—the gates of Hell—neither Hannity nor O’Reilly—the gates of Hell—neither Time, Time magazine, Chicago Sun Times, Chicago Tribune ... the gates of Hell shall not prevail against it. Nothing will be impossible with God.”
At the 11 a.m. service, Wright belittled “baby milk believers,” who, he said, suffer a delusion that politics don’t belong in the pulpit. He pointed out that “Luke the evangelist, not Wright the radical” lambasted the oppressive policies of the Roman government in the Gospel story that recounts Jesus’ life.”

No, he doesn't. I can imagine Franken and Jim Webb being good buddies for some reason. Misshapen heads and wierd personalities.
Amazing, some PETA git is pushing for a cow tax.
$20 for each hog
$120 for each cow.
And the zero wants to put regulators on your home thermostat.
McGruff, apropos of your post of the cardboard cutout harassment:
“Breitbart observes that “[t]he aggressive iconography of two young drunk men taking advantage of a life-size cutout of a woman - especially a powerful one - would bring an elite college campus to a standstill, force a housecleaning of a Fortune 500 company, ground the Air Force Academy and would, in most cases, ruin the career of a Republican staffer or elected official.” He juxtaposes the jocular reaction to Favreau’s photograph with that of any comparable Republican:
If, for instance, President Bush’s former speechwriter Michael Gerson had been caught in flagrante cartone, he would have stepped down before the president could fire him. If not, the media, the feminist establishment and the Democratic Party leadership would have destroyed Mr. Gerson and Mr. Bush and crafted a “culture of harassment” umbrella descriptor to hang around the administration’s neck in perpetuity.
In GOP land, apologies and resignations are never enough....
In the case of Favreau, however, “the Democratic double standard on political correctness kicked in immediately as the feminist establishment, the media and even Mrs. Clinton herself came forth to save the fast-rising Obama wordsmith.” Whatever moral one draws from this particular episode, it is a striking illustration of the phenomenon that was the subject of Professor Hanson’s column.”

When I am not at home my thermostat is set at 65. When I get home I set it at 68 and then put a small electric heater in the living room to make it cozy.
...but than I pay my own heating fuel bill, I do not depend on the government to pay it.
One thing we do know. Volcker will be ushering in Jimmy Carter redux.
