The are so many reasons we are in the position we are in. Republicans, Democrats, black, white, jew, christian, buyer, seller...EVERYBODY HAD A PART IN THIS DEBACLE.

Four years ago I sold my home in San Diego for almost double what it was worth, to people who couldn't afford it, brought to me by a broker who overpriced it, aided by an appraiser he went to college with and a bank wanting the business...you tell me...WHO IS TO BLAME? At that time I knew, meaning lots of people knew, this house of cards was going to fall. But everyone wanted their piece of the pie...well...here it is folks...

I thought it would happen 20 years ago

Its the “Blue State Real Estate” bubble.

NY NJ CT CA MA, and the speculator state for these Blue Staters, FL.

Not all 57 states caused this, but all 57 states will pay for it.

EXACTLY!!! I have a cousin living outside of Stockton. Bought his house for $200,000. A few years later, the house was worth $600,000. I told him at the time (which was also about 3-4 years ago) to sell the house and move to different city or state where the same size house on the same or bigger size lot would be around $250,000, buy THAT house outright and pocket the remaining profit.

Well, he didn't follow my advice and the last time I talked to him, many of his neighbors had to foreclose and going selling prices for homes around him are back to right around $200,000.
