Congress is supposed to recess on Friday. McCain could use this suspension of his campaign to push Obama to lead his party to stay in session through at least next week to iron out the details of what is needed.

Bush will not let this end until it is settled and voted on. He has the power to keep them in session for as long as it takes and THAT he will do.
