The link I saw a few hours was a little different but

Rass 90 day partisan rolling survey has it 38D 33R. I forget the decimal number.

The last time I saw Pew give their partisan survey numbers it was similar.

Even 38D, 33R would be a huge departure from normal, based on turnout over the past several election cycles. GOP gets 35R turnout at least.
