Well, Oh Font of Wisdom, feel free to post something to prove me wrong.

You can start with the federal guidelines to which I referred in post 40.

To wit, simply downloading music is not sufficient to meet the requirements in the criminal statute. You must download over $2500, copy it 10 times or sell it.

Otherwise it's simply a civilly actionable offense.
