They call it a chopper. I'm not sure why. The thing I saw was big and noisier than my Vespa and I bet it pollutes a lot and doesn't get good gas mileage. I think they should be illegal. Obama will see to that, I hope."

The reporter acted like he just found out today that a "chopper" is a kind of motorcycle and he's eager to share his new found knowledge with all his little friends.... talk about insulated!
